A Saratoga Springs resident, Karlinda is the harpist with the Schenectady and Catskill Symphony Orchestras and is is a conservatory-trained professional harpist. She has been playing the harp at weddings for over 25 years and plays a wide variety of music, including classical, sacred music (Christian and Jewish), popular love songs, show tunes and movie themes, Early/Renaissance music, Celtic music, soothing/meditative music, and more. Karlinda plays both the pedal (concert-style) harp and the lever (Celtic-style) harp, and can work as a solo musician or in small ensembles with some of her professional colleagues from the region.
